Working visit of the delegation of MTW in the United States

The working visit of the delegation of Minsk Tractor Works headed by the General Director of "MTW-Holding" Domotenko F.A. ended on September 1, 2015.

During the visit the Belarusian delegation visited Dallas and Stephenville (Texas), New York, Washington (District of Columbia).

Negotiations were held with the leaders of the dealer “MTW-Holding” in the United States and Canada – there were company “MTZ Equipment”, financial company “Nationwide Finance”, Equipment Manufacturers Association of the USA, law firms, as well as the Ambassadors of Lithuania and Serbia in the United States.

During the visit there were discussions about increases in supplies of automobile and tractor machinery in the North American market, legal support of work in the United States.

The delegation of Minsk Tractor Works familiarized with the terms of spare parts supply and after-sales service organization of the Belarusian machinery. Meetings were held with farmers who use tractors of MTW.

In general, US consumers had expressed satisfaction with the quality of Belarusian machinery. In particular, a Texas farmer demonstrated a tractor "Belarus - 800" that was purchased 23 years ago and is still widely used in the farm. He also announced his intention to buy soon a new tractor of Belarusian manufacture.

Dealers were informed about successful testing of "MTW-1523" model for operation on livestock farms and testing of more powerful models will begin in the near future.
