Perfect weeding and hoeing technology

On this years‘ Agritechnica, this is world’s leading trade fair in agricultural technology in Hanover, Einböck proves with four innovations its expertise in mechanical weeding control and in grassland care.

Mechanical weeding control is an important matter at Einböck for over 30 years. The Austrian producer of agricultural machines has also made its mark in organic farming with first tined weeder already. Einböck uses its decades of experience in always new product innovations.

PNEUMATICSTAR-PRO 12 m

So Einböck has international leading role in grassland care: modern weeding technology combined with pneumatic seeder occurs powerful grassland maintenance in the form of new professional device PNEUMATICSTAR-PRO 12m (6 tine-rows with 8 or 10 mm tines, line spacing: 2,5 cm). Big working width of 12m and related efficiency in grassland cultivation will be exhibited publicly at Agritechnica for the first time. How successful grassland management can also succeed on a grand scale you can see with new machine for the maintenance, reseeding and distribution of undersown crops made by Einböck.

ROTARYSTAR

Three further innovations concern mechanical weeding control:
The new rotary hoe ROTARYSTAR vents soil and crumbles crusts. The shallow rooted weeds have no chance through the rotating working tools (rotary stars). The stars are distributed via spring clips on 1,5 m wide, 2-beam sections. Hydraulic adjustable parallelogram exerts pressure on sections which cares for perfect leveling. Due to the rolling rotor spikes crops residues are not dragged, therefore the ROTARYSTAR is ideal for weed control in mulch seedbeds.

AEROSTAR-EXACT

Einböck developed a new tined weeder generation with its new AEROSTAR-EXACT. The new machine works also in special crops accurate, sensible and precise. The weeder has pivoting rear wheels for a precise depth control of the tines. The 600 mm long and 7 mm thick cranked tines (line spacing: 2,5 cm) adapts perfect to unevenness of the ground due to its flexibility and hydraulic tines adjustment. They allow the weeding even in a later stage of development of the crop, without hurting them.

ROW-GUARD

The new camera steering system, called ROW-GUARD, guides hoe between the rows automatic and avoid early fatigue of the tractor driver. This steering system is simply done by an operation terminal from the tractor cab. The advantages speak for themselves: increased working accuracy, completely tillage in conjunction with a fingerweeder and efficient weed control; not to mention immense improvement of clout due to raised working speed.
