QuickConnect: Quick-change system for grading webs

GRIMME QuickConnect is the unique quick change system for rubber grading webs in use for storing and removal of onions and potatoes with the grading units of the GRIMME WG 900-series. The request of the market for uniform, different sizes graded crop as onions and potatoes is increasing continuously. For that request grading units are in use during storing and removing. These machine got a rubber web fitted, available in different grading sizes. If a different size is required, it is necessary to change the rubber web to the requested size. A rubber web change can be necessary several times during a day.

The quick change system QuickConnect got a hook element with click system on one side and a plain bearing connecting rod at the other side. For the connection of the grading webs, the hook element is simply clicked onto the connecting rod. To open, the quick change system can easily be disconnected by hand. Different to traditional systems additional tools or others is not necessary for the change of the grading webs with QuickConnect.
