Origami meets high-tech – a revolution in field setup

The XCheck System is more than just a test kit – it is a new development that focuses consistently on practicality and innovation. Using an intelligent folding technique, ten large-area collection trays can be transformed into an extremely compact transport package with a volume of only 17.5 litres. With a total weight of less than 10 kg and a handy design, it is now possible for the first time to carry out a full-scale practical test that can be performed by a single person in a very user-friendly manner.

Digital, precise, time-saving – smarter measuring with AI

In combination with the RAUCH app, digital precision comes to the field. The folded test trays are distributed across the field in a very user-friendly manner from a bag. After a passage with a preset machine, the granulate is filled into a transparent measuring cylinder contained in the bag. Using AI-based image recognition in the RAUCH app, the measuring cylinder is visually captured with just one photo and the result is analysed. The app directly suggests optimised machine settings and transmits them wirelessly to the fertiliser spreader. This reduces the entire testing process, including machine settings, to around ten minutes – a quantum leap compared to previous systems – while maintaining a very high level of accuracy.

Efficiency and environmental responsibility: 5% less fertiliser – 240,000 tonnes of CO₂ savings

Thanks to the flexible structure of the trays, the XCheck system is able to collect over 95% of the fertiliser granules – more than twice as much as conventional solutions. This high measurement precision enables precise machine settings, which can save up to 5% fertiliser. Applied to Germany, this corresponds to 100,000 tonnes less fertiliser and around 240,000 tonnes of CO₂ saved annually – a significant contribution to sustainability in agriculture.
