RAVAS introduces the new RAVAS 2560 Exi & Proline 2560 Exi

• RAVAS introduces the explosion-proof weighing hand pallet trucks, RAVAS 2560 Exi & Proline 2560 Exi, designed for hazardous environments.

• The RAVAS 2560 Exi Series features stainless steel fork shoes, a rotatable display, and a rechargeable battery with up to 60 hours of life.

• The scales have a capacity of 2,000 kg, offer accurate weighing with multirange graduation, and include functionalities like automatic tare and zero correction.

RAVAS is proud to introduce the new RAVAS 2560 Exi & Proline 2560 Exi, an explosion-proof weighing hand pallet truck designed for use in hazardous environments. This robust and reliable system with full ATEX certification offers a range of impressive functions and advantages that make it ideal for applications in zones 1&21 or 2&22, such as filling, mixing and dosing.

The RAVAS 2560 Exi Series is specially designed for explosion-proof environments and is equipped with stainless steel fork shoes for the necessary safety. The display can be rotated, making it easy to read the measurements. The system runs on a rechargeable battery with a battery life of 60 hours, or 40 hours when the optional WiFi is enabled. The large LCD display with backlight ensures clear read-out, even in poorly lit environments. The scales have a capacity of 2,000 kg and offer accurate weighing with a multirange graduation.

The scales offer a number of functionalities, such as automatic and manual zero correction, gross/net weighing, automatic tare via a push button and automatic switch-off after 10, 30 or 60 minutes of non-use. The numeric keypad has large digits for easy operation and is equipped with a built-in clock and a kg/lb setting.

With a protection class of IP65 for the system, IP66 for the indicator and battery, and IP67 for the terminal, the RAVAS 2560 Exi can withstand harsh conditions. The scale operates at temperatures from -10°C to 40°C.

The RAVAS 2560 Exi also offers various optional functions, including an extra NiMh battery pack, WiFi output, relay setpoint switch for automatic dosing, various fork sizes and wheels, a foot brake and a full stainless steel truck.

The optional WiFi must be ordered at the same time and cannot be installed later.

RAVAS Europe also introduces the new ProLine 2560 Exi, an advanced weighing hand pallet truck with exceptional accuracy and flexibility. With an improved multirange graduation from 0.1 kg to 0.5 kg and a maximum tolerance of only 0.1% of the lifted load, the RAVAS ProLine 2560 Exi exceptional precision. The rotatable LCD display and the numeric keypad with large digits ensure optimal ease of use. The same extensive options are available for the RAVAS ProLine 2560 Exi: a WiFi output and a relay setpoint switch for automatic dosing.
