Recycling Aktiv 2015: Kleemann shows a cross-section of its comprehensive Contractor Programme

At this year's recycling aktiv at the trade fair centre of Baden Airpark, Kleemann is represented by a total of three plants: the mobile heavy-duty screening plant MOBISCREEN MS 13 Z, the mobile jaw crusher MOBICAT MC 100 R EVO and the mobile impact crusher MOBIREX MR 110 Z EVO 2.

The MR 110 Z EVO 2 is the consistent further development of the series of mobile impact crushers successfully introduced in 2010. It impresses, among other things, with its outstanding material flow, which has been improved even more with the new Continuous Feed System (CFS). The plant achieves hourly outputs of 350 tons and more. The diesel-direct electric drive concept also guarantees optimum consumption data per produced ton. A further innovative feature is the new Lock & Turn system, which is a real safety and comfort bonus to operators. Rotor ledge changing has been simplified significantly by a novel and easy-to-operate stepless locking system for the rotor; a key transfer system ensures that danger zones can only be entered with the drive switched off.

Compact and powerful: MOBICAT MC 100 R

Kleemann will also be exhibiting the MC 100 R EVO, whose design is heavily based on the MC 110 R and has a very similar appearance. It is also characterised by very favourable consumption data, which permits the use of the diesel-direct drive concept already known from the other EVO crushing plants. The smaller overall system dimensions - the crusher inlet size is 950 x 550 mm – and a weight of approx. 30 tons, however, makes it considerably easier to transport than the MC 110 R. In spite of this, it achieves feeding outputs of up to 200 t/h and, just as the MC 110 R, is available with options such as electromagnet or permanent magnet, extended side discharge or crusher discharge conveyor, Continuous Feed System (CFS) for permanent crusher feeding or the crusher unblocking system. It can therefore also be adapted ideally to the requirements of the contractor-customer.

Mobile screening unit MOBISCREEN MS 13 Z: Perfect interplay

As practical work not only involves crushing but also screening, Kleemann is exhibiting the MOBISCREEN MS 13 Z from its extensive range of mobile classifying and heavy-duty screens. The heavy-duty screening plant has two screening decks with a screening area of over 5 m² in the upper deck or just under 4.8 m² in the lower deck and a max. loading output of 300 t/h. It matches the MC 100 R EVO perfectly but also operates very well on its own.
