Moscow - RM-Terex (part of Russian Machines Corporation managing the machine building assets of Basic Element Group of Companies) started deliveries of DZ-98 motor graders for Surgutneftegaz’s production sites.
RM-Terex will deliver 14 heavy-duty DZ 98 motor graders to Surgutneftegaz, OJSC to be used on Khanty–Mansi Region production sites for building and maintaining on-site roads.
DZ 98 motor grader is mostly used in heavy-duty earth-moving and grading applications.
The machine features a powerful 173 kW engine with mechanical transmission and offers a collection of work attachments – rotating dozer, side blade, and rear scarifier.
The all-new hexagon-shaped operator cab offers improved visibility and the ease of mounting ensuring the grader transportation on both low-bed trailers and trucks. Operator seat ergonomics has also improved significantly. The hood design ensures easy access to the engine and engine systems. Reliable all-wheel drive 6/6 transmission guarantees higher drawbar pull and smooth operation.
RM-Terex motor graders of GS series are already in the Surgutneftegaz fleet of road-building machines which also includes EK wheel excavators.
