RUTHMANN promises ground-breaking fall innovations

In the autumn of 2016, RUTHMANN is taking its current motto – (R)Evolution – to the next level, proving once again that the German manufacturer is the driving force for innovation within the powered access industry.  When RUTHMANN presented its latest products at the bauma trade show in spring 2016, it promised even more before the year was out. RUTHMANN now gives us a sneak preview of what lies ahead.

Two additional highflex models – the STEIGER ® T 650 HF and T 750 HF – will soon be making their debut. RUTHMANN will also be launching two brand new models with market-leading performance capabilities on 3.5 t chassis. 

The ground-breaking and (r)revolutionary innovations soon to be unveiled by the German aerial work platform manufacturer include the STEIGER  ® TB 2XX and TBR 2XX. The XX – the temporary allocation given to the working height – will be disclosed in the autumn. Until then, it is a secret. Customer wishes and opinions were once again incorporated into the design and development process. RUTHMANN‘s newest innovations are sure to meet every conceivable demand.

With its current STEIGER ® TBR 220 (22 m telescoping with jib (RÜSSEL ®) and STEIGER ® TB 270+  (27 m telescoping), RUTHMANN already provides the most powerful 3.5 t truck-mounted aerial work platforms available on the market today. With the TB 2XX and TBR 2XX, RUTHMANN is taking its innovations to the next level.

Other ground-breaking innovations can also be found in RUTHMANN‘s (r)revolutionary,  large-scale, truck-mounted aerial work platform category. Two additional “highflex“ STEIGER ® models – the T 650 HF and T 750 HF – will be celebrating their world premiere this autumn. The T 650 HF has a sensational 43 m lateral outreach and 65 m working height.  The STEIGER ® T 750 HF – soon to be the top-performer in the industry –  features an amazing 75 m working height and 41 m lateral outreach. 

Both HF models are in the popular and extremely successful (large-scale) HEIGHT performance-series. The “HF” stands for “highflex”. This term encapsulates the extraordinary developments in basket and jib rotation angle design that maximize operational versatility and mobility at the job site. RUTHMANN’s “highflex” technology allows operators to reach high up objects with utmost precision and agility. New possibilities also arise when working BELOW ground and up, over, and behind objects. “Highflex” models feature an amazing 440° basket rotation angle and a 220° jib (RÜSSEL ®) rotation angle.

The first two “highflex” models – T 510 HF (51 m on a 2-axle chassis) and T 570 HF (57 m  on a 3-axle chassis) – made their debut at the bauma trade show in the spring of 2016. The “highflex” series will now consist of 4 models with working heights that range between 51 m and 75 m, featuring many identical parts/components.
