SEGEDA, New EPO-24-3MP Crawler Drill Rig

• SEGEDA introduces the new EPO-24-3MP Crawler Drill Rig designed for masonry work.

• The machine weighs approximately 1,550 kg and features rubber tracks, an 18 kW electric motor, and a hydraulic unit with a 60 l/180 bar pump.

• It includes a lower chassis with a base rotation module, an articulated main arm and boom, a 1,300 mm motorized tower, and a 2,500 mm track.

• The drill rig can be operated via remote control or a control panel and features three small pneumatic hammers with water flushing.

• The design meets CE regulations and machine safety standards, using universal components manufactured in Europe.

Designed for masonry work

Masonry or ashlar refers to a type of stone block used in wall covering and construction, commonly found in the northwest  Spain.

This machine, weighing approximately 1,550 kg, with a length of 3 meters and a height of 1.8 meters when folded, is equipped with rubber tracks, an 18 kW electric motor, a hydraulic unit with a 60 l/180 bar pump, a lower chassis with a base rotation module, an articulated main arm and boom with a cylinder, a 1,300 mm motorized tower, a 2,500 mm track, and positioning and stabilization systems. It can be operated via remote control or, alternatively, with a control panel.

Its three small pneumatic hammers with water flushing allow for 35 mm diameter and 610 mm long perforations, with a distance of 300 mm between them. The total air consumption of the equipment is around 4,200 liters per minute.

Our design team has addressed the needs of our client, GRUPO MARCELINO MARTINEZ, by delivering a machine built with universal components manufactured in Europe, in compliance with applicable CE regulations and machine safety standards.
