The tailor-made financing models from Mercedes-Benz Bank play a key role in helping to relieve the strain on public finances and on private disposal and road service companies. "Classic" standard financing with attractive conditions and with a free choice of terms remain a central focus. Down payment, term and monthly instalments are fixed at the beginning of the contract, providing a reliable basis for planning purposes.

Plus3 financing offers the customer three options: at the end of the contractual term, the vehicle can be sold after payment of the final instalment, bought back by the dealer at the contractually agreed buy-back price or taken over by the customer via payment of the final instalment.

With Seasonal Instalment Financing, the level of the instalments is geared to the customer's seasonal course of business. Final Instalment Financing offers particularly low monthly instalments and maximum flexibility at the end of the contract.

Leasing: an alternative for local authorities

Classic leasing is the preferred alternative to financing or cash payment when maintaining liquidity, tax benefits or keeping the fleet up to date are key considerations. Service Leasing combines workshop services with the advantages of leasing. In this way, a substantial portion of operating costs can be covered by a single contract.

Rental of trucks, vans and trailers, service, service in combination with leasing, fleet contracts as part of the CharterWay LogisticsPartnerProgramme – Mercedes-Benz CharterWay offers its own mobility and services from a single source. As the market leader in this segment in Germany, CharterWay administers more than 120 000 commercial vehicles. In the rental sector the fleet comprises some 9000 units. With these vehicles CharterWay covers both short-term order peaks and longer-term demand – rental vehicles are available to suit requirements from 24 hours, over weeks or months.

The comprehensive hire pool comprises a large number of special vehicle combinations for waste disposal and winter and road maintenance services, ranging from standard to industry-specific vehicles with corresponding trailers or semitrailers. New additions to the fleet are the Mercedes-Benz Atego 1530 AK and Arocs 2036 AK for winter service, with a snowplough and body-mounted spreader by Aebi Schmidt.

TruckStore: Europe's number one for used trucks

As Europe's largest used vehicle dealer for trucks, TruckStore is responsible for the used truck business within Daimler AG. On offer are vehicles from the van through all the classic truck tonnages to the SLT heavy-duty tractor/trailer combination from all brands, age brackets and with all bodies. The average Europe-wide stock is around 4000 vehicles. Municipal vehicles such as waste collection vehicles or road-sweepers are also on offer.
