SIMA 2015 : Presented self-propelled harvester VARITRON with row width 90 cm

This year SIMA took place from February, 22nd to 26th. Over 250,000 visitors from 150 countries came to the French capital.

On 900 m², Grimme and its subsidiary ASA-LIFT presented modern potato, beet and vegetable technology. As a highlight, the 4-row self-propelled harvester VARITRON 470 with an intake of 4 x 90 cm was presented. To avoid crossing the ridges with a 3.6 m wide track width during digging, the front axle is comfortably extendible up to 30 cm to both sides from the driver's seat. The main webs are fitted slightly to ensure an optimal, equal and extremely gentle merging of crop flow from the 3.6 m wide to the 2.8 m wide main webs. The 9-row beet harvester REXOR 930 with a 30-ton bunker and a 630 HP motor was presented in France for the first time.
