Fair Care - behind this name lies Krone's comprehensive full-service range. So every customer can book the complete service package with the purchase of a new Krone vehicle. Krone offers a total of three service packages; these include supplementary services according to the customer's wishes. The Complete package stands for the maintenance and wear protection of the vehicle, including statutory inspections, service checks and wear repairs to brakes, chassis, electrics and body. This Krone offer helps the customer to avoid unplanned repairs and at the same time offers exemplary cost transparency.
In addition, the customer can optionally book various extension packages and additional options: Fair Care offers a range of complementary service products, allowing customers to decide individually what they want to protect with their respective maintenance and wear packages. “Tyre" includes the wear package for tyres; "Lifter" includes the wear package for the tail lift and "Cool" for the cooling unit. All this is rounded off by a Europe-wide breakdown service, which takes immediate effect if the worst comes to the worst. Thus, Krone offers a comprehensive range of full service from a single source.
Another plus for Krone Fair Care is that the monthly price depends primarily on the use of the trailer; main costs are paid according to the number of kilometres driven or, for the cooling unit, according to operating hours.
