New 209 kW (280 HP) Diesel engine with the 6.7-liter Cummins and new Jet Grouting kit capable of performing a single-pass treatment of 27.3 meters. In the version exhibited at Bauma, the machine will be equipped with a 10-rod loader, allowing drilling up to a depth of 66 meters in total safety, and with the Soilmec HR21GV rotary head characterized by a very high rotation speed of up to 446 rpm.
-
SM-22: The most powerful micropile machine from Soilmec, which makes excavation performance and stability its strengths. Thanks to an operating weight of 22 tons and new adjustable front stabilizers, it is perfect for performing tie rods and anchors. The version exhibited at Bauma will be equipped with a 10.2-meter stroke, with a 150 kN push-pull gear motor, and a two-rod loader for performing up to 27 meters of tie rods in total safety. Performance is also guaranteed by the wide choice of available rotary heads; at the fair, it will be equipped with the HR3700 with 37 kNm, different clamp groups to choose from, and the new telescopic extractor with a 1-meter stroke, ideal for facilitating the extraction of rods even in the most challenging conditions.
SR Line
The SR line represents the flagship of Soilmec, with multifunctional hydraulic drilling rigs capable of performing all major large-diameter pile and deep Soil Mixing technologies. The range will be represented at Bauma by two of the most appreciated Blue Tech line models in recent years: the SR-95 and the SR-65. Additionally, the result of the latest studies developed by Soilmec's engineering department for internal combustion engine machines will be revealed: the new Blue Tech Plus technology, of which the new SR-45 is the progenitor.
-
SR-95 Blue Tech: With an operating weight of almost 100 tons, it will represent the high end of the Soilmec SR line. The machine will be presented at Bauma with the Stage V engine, a Cummins X15 delivering 455 kW (610 HP), and the main winch with a pull of 352 kN. The machine can optionally be equipped with the Single Layer winch version, which optimizes the management of large Kelly bars by combining the advantage of always having the maximum pull of 352 kN and the minimum rope wear. The SR-95 can offer top-notch drilling performance: up to 34.5 meters deep in continuous flight auger (CFA) and up to 33 meters in both deep Soil mixing (TJ) and compacted pile. At Bauma, it will be configured in drilled pile with a telescopic Kelly bar. In this configuration, the machine can perform piles up to over 100 meters deep with friction bars and over 80 meters with locking bars. Additionally, thanks to the rotary table with a variable drilling axis up to 1400 mm, it is possible to install tools up to 2700 mm in diameter in front of the mast.
