After a strong first run in the market—driven by rising demand for consistent, plant-ready RAP, ALLU is bringing its ALLU Asphalt Screening Bucket to CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 (March 3–7, Las Vegas), giving North American contractors and asphalt producers a close-up look at a faster, cleaner way to process cold-milled asphalt on-site.
Launched in the summer of 2025, the ALLU Asphalt tackles one of the biggest everyday headaches in asphalt recycling: inconsistent milled material. The attachment crushes clumps, screens fines, and separates oversized particles in a single pass, producing a more uniform fraction that’s easier to handle, stockpile, and feed.
Adding to the momentum, AsphaltPro Magazine selected the ALLU Asphalt Bucket as one of AsphaltPro’s “15 Top Products of 2025” for the asphalt industry, highlighting solutions that help improve quality, efficiency, and the bottom line.
“North America is one of the most exciting markets for asphalt recycling right now,” says Peter Grönholm, CEO, ALLU Finland Oy. “We’re seeing real momentum in the past months. Contractors and producers want higher RAP usage without turning the yard into a multi-machine process. The ALLU Asphalt Bucket is built for exactly that: one attachment that helps you turn milled asphalt into a consistent, reusable resource. We’re enthusiastic about its potential in the USA, and CONEXPO-CON/AGG is the perfect place to meet the people pushing the industry forward.”
As municipalities, contractors, and asphalt producers continue to target higher recycling rates, the ALLU Asphalt Bucket delivers a practical advantage. Its hybrid blade setup (screening + crushing blades) balances aggressiveness with controlled sizing, helping operators process cold-milled asphalt efficiently without the cost and complexity of bringing in a large impact crusher for every ton.
“At a time when efficiency, sustainability, and profitability are key, the ALLU Asphalt Bucket ticks all the boxes,” says Tom Chapman, Managing Director at MRD Plant, UK. “It does the job of a mobile impact crusher – but at a fraction of the cost and with far less complexity on-site.”
Built for real-world throughput
With nominal blade options of 12, 16, and 25 mm, the bucket is engineered to deliver a consistent final fraction and reduce reprocessing. Models offer capacity up to 250 tons per hour, with a maximum feed size of 500 mm x 500 mm, and fast drum changes via ALLU Variable Drum technology for quick on-site swaps.
See it at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026
ALLU will be showcasing the Asphalt Bucket at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 in Las Vegas (March 3–7) in the West Hall, Booth W42974, where attendees can discuss applications, sizing setups, and best-fit models for excavators and wheel loaders.
