Superior Industries, Inc., a major U.S. manufacturer of conveyor systems and their related components, displayed its popular Navigator® Return Trainer at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2014. The return side conveyor idler provides continuous alignment to problem, mistracked belting.
Superior designs and manufactures its Navigator return trainer with a set of off-the-shelf bearings. Embedded in the middle of the training devise, the bearings are clear of any damaging material buildup. In addition, unlike other belt tracking devices, the Navigator return trainer is designed without bulky, material trapping framework.
Navigator return trainers are available for belt widths of 24 to 48-inches and can be purchased with or without lagging. The material shedding rubber lagging increases friction between the belt and idler, improving its performance.
