Technical updating news from Paload

Last June Palazzani Technical staff has presented the latest updated information about the latest version of wheel loaders to the Commercial Staff, showing the new machines layout with previous ones comparisons.

These models complete the wheel loaders high range from 8,5 to 10 ton, already launched last year.

Here below some resumed features:

• PL 185 – articulated wheel loader with Z kynematics – max power 95,8 kW – standard operating weight 8,5 ton (max 9,35 ton) – height at the pin 3680 mm – standard bucket 1,5 m3

• PL 195 – articulated wheel loader with Z kynematics – max power 95,8 kW – standard operating weight 9,4 ton (max 9,8 ton) – height at the pin 3793 mm – standard bucket 1,6 m3

• PT 182 – articulated wheel loader with Z kynematics – max power 95,8 kW – standard operating weight 9 ton (max 9,2 ton) – height at the pin 4800 mm – standard bucket 1,4 m3

• PT 192 – articulated wheel loader with Z kynematics – max power 95,8 kW – standard operating weight 9,6 ton (max 9,8 ton) – height at the pin 4950 mm – standard bucket 1,6 m3

Powered with JCB Tier4i (with predisposition to Tier 4 Final), with 95,8 kW max power, which are brilliant for these categories, allow the machines to easily manage the many high flow hydraulic oil equipments available (asphalt milling, snow blowers, trenchers, etc.).

The hydrostatic transmission, together with a two-speeds transfer, allow high performances on working site, with the possibility of both slow transfer with high hydraulic flow thanks to their modular power management, with a consequent less fuel and tyre consumption reducing, and high transfer speed on road of 40 km/h.

The Z kinematics of PL 185 and PL 195 have been improved both in dimensions and in performances.

On PT 182 and PT 192, the previous structure of the double telescopic boom, patented by Palazzani, has been completely redesigned to insert adjustable no-wear yokes on both fixed and moving parts. The booms max extension is now up to 1,2 m the new bucket kinematics have top encombrances to avoid any possible machine interference and damages near trucks, walls, etc.

As for all Paload machines, the possibility to use a wide range of optional equipment, with the quick bucket connection, gets these machines a very versatile solution for the many applications existing in Construction, Industry, Agricolture and Ecology.
