Terex AWP names new Genie vice president of parts & services

Matt Treadwell has been named the new Genie Vice President of Parts and Services for Terex AWP, effective July 30, 2018. In this new role, Treadwell will work alongside the Terex global parts and service teams to oversee parts and services activities worldwide for the Terex AWP business segment, driven by the Genie brand. He will lead all commercial and operational aspects of the parts business, including parts sales, parts marketing, parts pricing and analytics, e-commerce, materials and distribution, as well as all aspects of the aftermarket services business. This will include growth and development of maintenance and repair services on machines, technical support, warranty and used equipment management. Treadwell is based at the business’s headquarters in Redmond, Washington, USA.

Treadwell joins Terex after two decades with PACCAR, most recently as PACCAR Parts General Marketing Manager for the $3.3 billion aftermarket parts division of PACCAR, Inc., a global leader in manufacturing premium light-, medium- and heavy-duty trucks under the Kenworth, Peterbilt and DAF nameplates. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business – Marketing and Finance from the University of Washington.
