Global equipment solutions provider, Terex Construction, has agreed a technical agreement to manufacture a portfolio of private label site dumpers for another equipment supplier. Terex will continue to manufacture its own branded construction equipment at its state-of-the-art plant in Coventry as part of its continued growth.
The contract will see production volumes accelerate for the firm, resulting in a highly sustainable pace of manufacturing for the future. The announcement comes after a successful year for the British manufacturer of construction equipment and will complement existing activity at its Pro Logis Park site.
Neal Nowick, General Manager of Terex Construction, commented: “The agreement will provide exciting longterm growth and allows another opportunity for Terex to benefit from increasingly positive market conditions.
“In order to meet increased customer demand and rising production requirements, we have committed to investing in our facilities over the next few months, expanding production capabilities to facilitate additional volumes. This new contract, which is in addition to our existing Terex manufacturing activity, is a huge boost for our company.”
