The 2nd global dealer meeting of Zoomlion Hoisting Machinery Company was held successfully in Xi’an

The 2nd global dealer meeting of Zoomlion Hoisting Machinery Company was held successfully in Xi’an on Oct. 25 and Oct. 26. Themed with “We have acted together with shared vision”, about 60 distributors and VIPs from over 20 countries and districts like Hong Kong, South Korea, Russia, Turkey, Iran, India, UAE and Singapore participated in the meeting. Mr. Zhang Jianguo, Senior President of Zoomlion and General Manager of Overseas Company, Ms. Huang Qun, General Manager of Zoomlion Hoisting Machinery Company and Mr. Yu Lekang, Deputy General Manager, attended the meeting and gathered with Zoomlion’s tower crane dealers from all over the world to witness the fruitful achievements realized during the internationalization process of Zoomlion tower cranes.

Mr. Zhang Jianguo, Senior President of Zoomlion and General Manager of Overseas Company, delivered a welcome speech to clearly elaborate Zoomlion’s overseas development strategy and goals, “in spite of that the market share of Zoomlion tower cranes ranks first in the global market, Zoomlion’s internationalization process is still on its upward slope. So, we will continue increasing input in the overseas market and gradually establish a global supply system through close cooperation with our global dealers, so as to provide sound support for the overseas business. We will make constant efforts to make the market shares of Zoomlion products to go up gradually and steadily everywhere in the world and offer better services to our global customers.”

Zoomlion Hoisting Machinery Company has paid great attention to cooperating with local dealers when expanding the overseas market. “‘Dealers’ Localized Operation’ is a key strategy adopted by the Company in the overseas development, which means that the market shall be explored by those who are familiar with the local market and those who know local competition well shall play the leading roles in the competition,” pointed out by Ms. Huang Qun, General Manager of Zoomlion Hoisting Machinery Company.

She also mentioned that what Zoomlion should do was to offer adequate supporting resources for the dealers under the strategic principle of “Dealers’ Localized Operation”. On one hand, Zoomlion should follow the high-quality concept in design, technique and management and guarantee good product quality through production automation, supporting tooling and strict test & inspection procedures. On the other hand, in order to meet the requirements of dealers’ technicians, Zoomlion should not only provide various technical documents and product information in printed versions but also offer free training as required by dealers to share the training resources of our manufacturing bases with dealers. Moreover, Zoomlion would constantly update and improve products in accordance with dealers’ feedback on markets and customers, thus satisfying local customers’ expectations and demands with customized design. To further illustrate, Ms. Huang Qun cited as an example T320-16 tower crane which was jointly developed by Zoomlion and Singapore dealer Tiong Woon Corp and was well received by the customers in Southeast Asia.

At the meeting, Zoomlion’s leaders presented awards to outstanding dealers and VIP customers and conferred certifications to new dealers. After that, the dealers visited the tower crane manufacturing base in Weinan and both parties conducted in-depth exchanges on company strategies, product plans and commercial conditions, which further enhanced the mutual trust and deepened the cooperation.
