XCMG Has Entered into a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with CHICO

Wang Jianxin, President of China Henan International Cooperation Group Co., Ltd. (CHICO) had visited XCMG with his delegation on November 22, and received a warm welcome from Wang Min, Chairman of the Board and Secretary of the Party Committee of XCMG. The two parties conducted friendly and amicable exchanges on strategic cooperation between XCMG and CHICO, and executed a cooperation agreement. Yang Dongsheng, Vice-President of XCMG and General Manager of Bulldozer and Transportation Machinery Business Division, Liu Jiansen, Assistant to President of XCMG and General Manager of Import and Export Co., Ltd. and other executives attended the meeting. 



    CHICO’s delegation visited Hoisting Machinery Business Division and Bulldozer and Transportation Machinery Business Division successively, and President Wang Jianxin’s delegation highly praised XCMG’s intelligent manufacturing base as well as its high intensive, modern, automated and lean production. The two parties executed a strategic cooperation agreement in the meeting room of the headquarters of XCMG after the tour. 

    According to President Wang Jianxin, as the leader of domestic construction machinery enterprises, XCMG has been ranked the first in China’s construction machinery industry for 24 consecutive years. CHICO is a large-scale state-owned foreign economic and trade enterprise under the People’s Government of Henan Province, and it’s necessary for the two parties to combine their strengths and establish a long-term, stable and win-win strategic cooperation relationship based on the principle of ‘complementing each other’s advantages, achieving common development and realizing the win-win situation’. 
Chairman Wang Min said, XCMG and CHICO have got solid foundation for cooperation and bright prospects for development, and agreed on carrying out in-depth strategic cooperation in overseas mining development and construction machinery industry chain. During future cooperation, the two parties shall give full play to their own advantages and characteristics, strengthen exchanges of information and integration of resources, establish comprehensive strategic cooperation relationship, and turn a new page in the two parties’ international development.
