The biggest Stoll front loader

FZ 100 services the needs of the tractor class in the 300 hp segment.

Agricultural enterprises that can and want to equip tractors of over 200 hp with a front loader are few and far between. Nevertheless, it may, depending on the operating situation, make sense to choose this combination because then under certain circumstances you no longer need an additional wheel loader or even telescopic handler to perform the work.

With the FZ 100 Profiline, Stoll introduces a new front loader into the market specifically designed for tractors in this performance class. The front loader manufacturer from Lengede takes into account the increased demands on the part of farmers and contractors that use these tractors more frequently for heavy earthwork operations, silage removal with large extracting equipment and work in biogas plants.

The FZ 100 is a completely new design, since the forces that arise require a special stability and reliability of the components. The data of the FZ 100 are correspondingly impressive: the lifting capacity is 3.500 daN and the tensile strength is 4600 daN. With a maximum lift height at arm centre of H 5.020 mm and a loading height of 4.810 mm, the FZ 100 loads not only trailers with a heightened tailgate, but also the intermediate hopper of a biogas plant both safely and confidently.

As usual with Stoll, an unobstructed view of the attachment tool and the work area is guaranteed. The designers at Stoll laid all the hydraulic lines under the control rods into the loader arms. Also, the quality was not skimped on because the beam bars are made of high strength steel. This not only reduces the weight, but also ensures a better visibility, because the beams can be made slimmer thanks to the high-strength steel. Last but not least, the flat and oval cross tube which is positioned far forward ensures further improvement in the visibility.

The FZ 100 provides the user with an excellent tipping angle of 42o near to the ground. The bucket can also be tilted in the first meter to a further 27 degrees, so that a maximum tilt angle of up to 69 degrees is achieved. As a result, the load is scooped into the bucket when lifting. The positive effect: the bucket is always completely filled, the loading capacity increases and there are no trickling losses during transport.

This front loader is also available with the Stoll automatic "return-to-level" option. With the push of a button, the bucket is automatically returned to ground level after it has emptied out its contents. The driver can therefore concentrate on the essential operations such as the exact approach to the side walls, transfer vehicles and silos.

Four further implements are presented with the launch of the FZ 100. A pallet fork (ISO 3) with a fork length of 1200 mm and a load capacity of 3.5 tonnes. This comes with a grapple bucket that is 2.80 m wide. Stoll expects to see most of its sales from this item, since the bucket is ideal as a universal tool for most jobs like the loading and unloading of silos, and general clearing work. The grapple bucket is equipped with a tooth bar made of Hardox 250, as well as a cutting edge in front of the tooth bar of the gripper. In addition, a robust heavy-lift and a volume bucket, both 2.80 m wide, round off the tool offer for the FZ 100.
