The first universal spreader from the Fliegl - Brochard merger has its premiere in Hanover

Since the acquisition of Brochard Constructeur by Fliegl in July 2019, the company's adaptation process to the well-known Fliegl standards is in full swing. Not only the name of the French company from western France has changed since then from Brochard Constructeur to Brochard Agriculture, especially the integration of the vehicle-specific Fliegl components, the used spreading techniques and the selection of the future Fliegl delivery program in terms of universal spreaders have been in the focus of the daily efforts.

The machines offered under the name Fliegl in the future will be the entry-level model JUNIOR in the field of single-axle spreaders. It has vertical spreading rollers and is available with a heaped loading volume of 12 m3 or 14 m3. In the professional sector, these single-axis spreaders are also available with two horizontal mixing rollers and the variable disc spreading system varioSPLASH, which can be adapted to the spreading material and has a range of up to 20 meters. It will be sold under the catchy name "MUCK CONTROL".

Furthermore, the future professional product portfolio "MUCK CONTROL" will of course also include spreaders with which large quantities can be distributed in one load in a controlled manner, depending on the spreading material and the respective requirements of the user. They will be offered as tandem axle trailers with a load volume of 22 m3 and 25 m3 as standard equipment. The largest Fliegl universal spreader KDS 390 offered as tridem axle version will be able to even load 32 m3 (standard equipment). Thus, the large-volume professional sector can be optimally operated with a maximum spreading width of up to 24 meters for optimum impact and simultaneous protection of the soil through fewer trips.

The benefits of the new universal spreader MUCK CONTROL series offered by Fliegl Agrartechnik in the future with the varioSPLASH disc spreader at a glance:

  • forged chain links Ø20 mm with a breaking load of up to 50 tons

  • hydropneumatic chain tensioning

  • optical opening degree indicator of the shut-off valve on the front side • drive train of the spreader unit runs over oil bath gearbox

  • homokinetic protection by freewheels and overload clutches

  • 2 horizontal rollers with a diameter of 770 mm

    • with exchangeable blades made of HB 450

  • electronic speed monitoring of the mixing rollers

  • hydraulic tailgate with adjustable fall angle of the material to be spread

  • with optional hydraulic boundary spreading device

  • spreading table with adjustable spreading angle with 2 spreading discs having a diameter of up to 1100 mm made of 10 mm HB 400-450 for spreading widths of up to 24 meters

    • optionally expandable to 12

The optionally available ISOBUS-based automatic control system RDS Fliegl SpreaderControl with weighing and GPS-based speed device rounds off the new Fliegl universal spreader series MUCK CONTROL and turns it into an absolute expert machine.

The KDS 270 MUCK CONTROL in the special edition Greenline "natural agriculture" with horizontal mixing rollers and the disc spreading unit varioSPLASH will be shown at AGRITECHNICA 2019 in Hanover for the first time. It has a tandem chassis and a loading volume of 25 m3.

The distribution of the Fliegl universal spreader will be established via the Fliegl trading network, both in the domestic market of Germany as well as internationally. "We are confident that with the new spreader series JUNIOR and MUCK CONTROL we have taken another step towards full-range supplier in the nutrient transfer segment and offer our trading partners and customers a proven product which, in combination with our well- known vehicle technology, fits excellently into our product portfolio”, says Josef Fliegl, CEO of Fliegl Agrartechnik.

Another surprise from the Fliegl - Brochard merger in the field of locomotion technology will also be on display at the AGRITECHNICA 2019 in Hanover and, of course, many more new products and innovations from the Fliegl world - a visit is definitely worthwhile.
