Palazzani is launching RAGNO XTJ 43 the new 43 metre spider, at APEX 2014 exhibition in June 2014, XTJ 43 beats and replaces the successful XTJ 42, with an increased working height and all devices belonging to the last RAGNO generation.

6 section boom and 2 section jib to reach the max working height of 43 meters and max outreach of 19 m Large basket 2.4x0.7x1.1, rotating at 90°+80°, with a standard capacity of 230 kg and optional 330 kg With its stowed dimensions and 1,4 km/h speed, the unit can travel on 40% slope. All standard devices are included in XTJ 43: water/air pipe inside the boom, radio controls, automatic set-up, track chassis of variable width, Intercommunication system.

Belonging to the last RAGNO generation, Palift Master series, XTJ 43 is equipped with:

- COS (Clever Outreach System)
The system selects the optimal outreach automatically, according to the stabilizers position

- ACD (Advanced Control Diagnostic)
Through a colour touch screen monitor, the user gets very advanced diagnostic functions

- EPC (Electric Power Controller)
The electronic control of the electric motor gets the best power optimization, with constant supply independently from the movements

- VDM (Variable Displacement Hydraulic Motors)
The variable displacement allows to get top speed when there’s no need of precision and to reduce it when an accurate control is required

The new radio control allows to run multiple operations simultaneously: even more than three operations can be performed at once and smoothly, thanks to a hydraulic distributor with the latest generation technology flow Sharing.

The design and finishing are very accurate, the wires and pipes are located in protected positions to avoid break, the components and hydraulic connections are well protected by covers to grant the max reliability as well as the under carriage is protected from bumping on difficult grounds.

APEX visitors wil find also one unit from Palift TZX series RAGNO TZX 225, the lightest Palazzani 22.5 m working height spider of 2500 kg. A very short and light machine with an alluminium boom, stable for any access work and safe aerial work. With the possibility to be carried on an easy-to-use trailer.

Another model shown at APEX will be chosen from Palift Junior series: RAGNO XTJ 32, the 32 meters working height spider. The same devices of the last RAGNO generation are applied also on this model.

All Palazzani units are available on tracks and wheels and in bi-energy, ECO and hybrid executions, to operate both indoor and outdoor.
