TVH partners with F-TEC

As from September 2016, TVH Parts NV partners with F-TEC to provide technical and technical-commercial training courses in the UK. F-TEC is a training centre, based in Swindon (UK), dedicated to meet the needs of the forklift industry.

UK-based TVH training courses have been unavailable for some time. This new cooperation will reverse that situation and at the same time ensure that the TVH Training Centre develops further in professional training.

Recognition for quality of TVH’s training courses

TVH established its own Training Centre in Waregem, Belgium, in 2008. As TVH now becomes a partner in this association with F-TEC, it confirms  the professionalism of the TVH Training Centre and that the quality and content of the TVH training courses are valued and respected.

The collaboration has already started. The first courses will start as from January 2017. In the meantime, the trainers of F-TEC are working with TVH through ‘train the trainer’ sessions at the TVH Training Centre in Waregem, to ensure that training is delivered at every location in a consistent manner.

Benefits of this cooperation

Customers and trainees will benefit from this cooperation by receiving training for their technical and non-technical staff in the electronic and mechanical principles that are present in all types of industrial vehicles. These courses will initially be based on forklift truck technology; however it is the intention of TVH and F-TEC to provide training to other sectors of their customer base in the near future.
