Two new PICHON mixer ranges at SIMA 2015

Since their market launch, PICHON slurry mixers have been a reference in terms of mixing quality, reliability and power. Used to add value to organic fertilisers, PICHON will reveal upon the occasion of SIMA 2015, its two new ranges of  slurry mixers /slurry pump mixers.

Eight models are now available in the two ranges of slurry mixer  or pump/mixer with lengths from 4.5 to 10.5 meters. The webpage of the slurry mixers  will be update shortly.

New style:

Galvanised, the new B-Mix and BP-Mix are displaying a new design. The conception of recasted casings allows the evolution of the mixer lengths due to the different interchangeable casing parts. The screws are to be chosen from a diameter of 600 or 700mm and screw pitch between 600 and 800mm.

BP-Mix: an alliance between efficiency and easy usage

This new range of PICHON pump/mixer integrates a centrifugal pumping system equipped with blades and reverse blades inspired by our multi-functional slurry tanker «FlowMaster». The outflow of the mixed slurry is sent through a channel of 200 mm or towards a rain-gun which is hydraulically controlled to rotate and to project up-and-down into the air, specifically conceived for big lagoons.  

The BP-Mix innovation is great for:

-   Filling the slurry tanker and other transport tankers, de caissons…

-   Mixing in big slurry pool and lagoons

-   The transfer of fluids.

The BP-Mix pushes the limits of the impossible to the outflow of 10 000L/min.
