Valme expands its offering in the design and production of components and equipment for concrete pumping lines, thanks to the acquisition of Pamec

With this transaction and the relaunch of the Acme brand, Valme will keep pursuing the path of technological innovation and excellence, thanks to the creation of an international group for the production of concrete pumping components and equipment and pumping systems

Valme – an intern ational player in the design and manufacture of concrete distribution pipes and accessories, such as couplings, gaskets, and distribution lines –

has acquired 100% of Pamec S.r.l.’s share capital. Pamec is an Italian company specialising in the design and manufacture of components and equipment for concrete pumping lines. With this transaction, Valme expands its offering in the design and production of components and equipment for concrete pumping lines. Moreover, Valme will carry on with the creation of an international group specialising in the manufacture of components and equipment for pumping lines in the following sectors

a) high - end double thickness solutions;

b) standard solutions for ground pumping;

c) components, equipment, and accessories (couplings, deviators, gate valves, and distribution lines) for concrete pumping systems and other highly - abrasive materials.

In relation to Pamec’s acquisition, Valme has also purchased the Acme brand, of which it is now the sole owner. The aim is to relaunch this b rand within its product offering. “We are proud of this acquisition” – stated Davide Cipolla, Valme’s sole director. “Now, our clients can rely on even more specialised expertise and a wider range of products and services that can meet all the market requ irements thanks to two production plants of over 15,000 m2 of covered surface, which ensure high quality standards and reduced delivery times.”
