The DEVELON DX62R-7 mini excavator is extremely versatile for digging and lifting tasks in tight spaces. The reduced tail swing excavator rear tail swing is just 4.9 inches, making it ideal for residential construction, landscaping, utilities or any other crowded jobsites.

The DEVELON DX62R-7 mini excavator is one of the next-generation -7 Series mini excavators and is on display this week in booth F9153 during CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2023. Note: DEVELON is formerly known as Doosan construction equipment. 

Performance Features

The -7 Series mini excavator comes with a newly designed platform to improve structural durability and machine robustness. The redesigned models increase productivity by moving material quickly, and they boost efficiency by being able to perform multiple tasks at once. The DX62R-7 has outstanding over-the-side lifting power and performance due to its reduced tail swing.

Operators can work on slopes with confidence with the exceptional slew torque of the DX62R-7. The precise hydraulics will make the machine feel like an extension of the operator.

Comfort Features

Standard features of the DX62R-7 include enclosed cab with heat and air conditioning and multiple vents throughout the cab. This design not only keeps operators more comfortable, but it minimizes dirt and debris inside the machine for a cleaner work environment. 

Monitor important diagnostic information on the DX62R-7, like fuel level, coolant temperature, day/time, throttle position and engine rpm, on the mini excavator’s 5.7-inch, full-color LCD monitor. Easily select auxiliary hydraulic flow modes and rates right from the screen.

Other standard features include a heated adjustable seat, Bluetooth® audio, auxiliary hydraulics and quick coupler piping. Options include an 8-inch LCD monitor, second auxiliary hydraulics, rearview camera, steel tracks and rotating beacon. 

Productivity Features

Take on precise tasks with excavator attachments using the selectable auxiliary flow rates and the detent (continuous flow) mode of the DX62R-7. Approved attachments for the DX62R-7 include buckets, quick coupler and thumb.

When moving, standard auto-shift travel will shift you out of high range or low range automatically so you can focus on direction and speed.
