At the Bauma in Munich, hall A4, booth 213/312 ZF is presenting his latest product highlights on 15 to 21 April 2013; ERGOPOWER Efficiency Package, the continuously variable construction machinery gear cPOWER as well as the ZF Hybrid module, to give a view into the future of working machines.

As a system supplier ZF focuses on the entire drive and combines advanced software features with transmissions and axles.

The focus of the ZF developers here are:

§ Less fuel consumption

§ Increased productivity

§ Noise reduction

§ Easier to use

§ Increased driving comfort and safety

Innovations of Great Value:

ZF Efficiency Package

For many years already, ZF driveline and chassis systems have proven themselves in meeting the challenges of the market. With the EFFICIENCY PACKAGE ZF consolidates its competence in the transmission, axle and software

development, thus offering more than the sum of individual advantages. This approach makes it possible to reconcile the frequently conflicting demands for:

§ enhanced comfort

§ increased productivity

§ less consumption

§ reduced component wear

ZF the technological leader

Stepless into the future – ZF cPOWER

The fully powersplit, continuously variable technology benefits from the long-term experience gained in the agricultural machinery sector and offers significant consumption benefits and productivity increases for the vehicle owner.

cPOWER is a new technological benefit in construction machinery and allows for completely new drive concepts. Up to 25 % less consumption as well as

up to 20 % more efficiency underline all advantages of the continuously variable transmission in typical operating cycles that create new megatrends for working machines.

ZF offers hybrid technology comprising electric machines and complete hybrid systems all from one source. The ZF-hybrid system is suitable for all ZF transmission forms and can be implemented for direct and separate transmission mounting. The ZF hybrid systems stands for a considerable reduction of consumption, an increase of work output and a significant reduction of exhaust emissions. Thanks to this innovation, operating costs of the vehicle owner have been significantly reduced.
