ZOOMLION Has Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Baogang Group

On the afternoon of December 19, 2013, ZOOMLION and Baogang Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement, marking that the internationalized corporation ZOOMLION, which rank the sixth place in the world construction machinery industry, joins hands with the Baogang Group, reputed as the Inner Mongolia’s largest industry firm and the world largest rare earth industry base.

At the signing ceremony, Zhang Jianguo, Senior President of ZOOMLION, and Li Chunlong, General Manager of Baogang Group, jointly signed the written agreement. After that, Meng Zhiquan, member of the BOD of Baogang Group, delivered the welcome speech, and Vice General Manager Ding Zhiyun presided over the signing ceremony.
