Zoomlion wins titles of "customer-satisfying products" & "customer-satisfying services"

The 2013 Annual Conference of the Construction Machinery Committee of the China Association for Quality (CAQ) took place in Xiamen from November 12 to 15. By its quality products and services, Zoomlion won the titles of "customer-satisfying products" and "customer-satisfying services" for the seventh consecutive time. According to results of customer evaluation and expert evaluation, Zoomlion was listed among "China's top 10 customer-satisfying concrete machinery manufacturers" for the first time.
In ways such as independent questionnaire survey, telephone, letter and visit, according to CAQ experts' evaluation, Zoomlion's 10 models including ZLJ5121THB truck-mounted concrete transfer pump, ZLJ5337THB47X-5RZ and ZLJ5419THB52X-6RZ truck-mounted concrete pumps, and ZR220A rotary drilling rig were honored as "customer-satisfying products". Besides, Zoomlion was honored as a "customer-satisfying service provider" for favorable customer response to its after-sales services. Based on continuous testing, according to results of customer evaluation and expert evaluation in 2013, the first list of "China's top 10 customer-satisfying concrete machinery manufacturers" including Zoomlion was worked out.
