Construction machinery is getting bigger and heavier, which also changes the transport requirements. With its technically permissible gross weight of 44 tonnes, the 4-axle low loader trailer offers the perfect solution for the safe transport of excavators, wheel loaders and other heavy machinery.

With a 2,800 mm raised plateau at the front and a 6,900 mm long drop deck including access ramp, the trailer offers maximum flexibility for use on construction sites.

Sophisticated design for maximum safety

The two-part hydraulic drive-on ramps with locking block cylinders enable safe loading and unloading without additional chain securing. The integrated excavator bucket trough and the two pairs of wheel recesses ensure optimised load pick-up so that wheel loaders with a wheelbase of 2.7 to 3.6 metres can be transported without any problems. Various 4t and 10t lashing points and other lashing options ensure that the load is securely fastened, preventing it from slipping or wobbling during transport.

The Wabco SmartBoard offers intelligent vehicle management and facilitates operation by providing important operating data in real time. In addition, the low-loader trailer is spray-galvanised and has a high-quality two-layer paint finish that provides optimum corrosion protection and guarantees a long service life.
