The 80th Green Week cam to an end on Sunday (26 January). The 410,000 visitors were a new record. Trends in the agricultural industry, the connection between politics and agriculture, as well as creative things to try - there was a lot to discover. AGRAVIS had a 40 square metre stand where it used models to present the added-value chain of the agricultural industry in a playful way.
The Group's familiar 18 square metre model was exhibited on the AGRAVIS stand. "We found that with the model we were able to interest both small and big visitors to the stand in agriculture as a topic. The visitors were also informed about the aspects of sustainability and responsibility in the agricultural industry in a playful way," says Bernd Homann, Head of AGRAVIS corporate communication.
Over 3,600 square metres, the exhibitors at the Fördergemeinschaft Nachhaltige Landwirtschaft Experience Farm provided information about modern agriculture. The AGRAVIS stand was located in the crop cultivation area, which is concerned with the efficient use of resources. The International Green Week is the workd's largest trade show for food, agriculture and horticulture, and every year attracts around 400,00 visitors from around the world.
