To meet the demands of modern crop protection, Lechler offers an innovative mounting system for agricultural spray nozzles. The new "All-in-One" system combines three perfectly coordinated components: the ergonomic EasyFitCap bayonet cap, a nozzle strainer with integrated molded gasket, and a multifunctional assembly tool.

The EasyFitCap enables comfortable handling thanks to extended wings and an optimized design. An audible click ensures secure installation. The newly developed nozzle strainer replaces separate seals and remains securely fixed in the cap thanks to the integrated molded gasket. Nozzle strainer and molded seal form a single unit. Due to the pre-tensioning of the molded seal, the nozzle strainer remains securely in place within the EasyFitCap and cannot fall out or get stuck in the nozzle holder. This makes assembly, even with gloves easier, faster, and more reliable. 

The assembly key functions as a multitool for mounting the bayonet nut and is compatible with various bayonet cap types. It also allows for precise alignment and angling of the nozzle. With its ergonomic design, it is well-suited for hard-to-reach areas on the boom. A bore to fix the tool completes the functionality.
