Bauer Group: BSA-Eccentric screw pump for biogas plants

The traditional company BSA, since 2007 a subsidiary of the Bauer Group, situated in Upper Franconia, in Marktschorgast, produces eccentric screw pumps especially for the use in biogas plants. BSA-Eccentric screw pumps with a performance of 2.000 to 4.000 litres per minute can be combined with gear motors of 11 to 22 kW and be adjusted to the respective requirements.

Particularly suitable for feeding the fermenter is the 2.000-liter-pump with 11 kW-gear motor, which can convey approx. 800 litre slurry per minute due to speed reduction to 217 revolutions/min. Fixed on a stable frame the pump can be complemented with an extensive range of accessories such as pressure gauges, pressure switches, dry running protection, flow meters and measuring tubes. This way an individual solution for every need can be found. Further gear motors with other speed rates as well as multi-speed motors are available on request.
