As CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 enters its final days, LiuGong North America has stood apart by rejecting industry theatrics in favor of something increasingly rare: substance. While much of the show floor leaned into oversized spectacles and high-gloss distractions, LiuGong’s Booth #F18033 became a destination for contractors, owner-operators, and fleet managers focused on fundamentals—machines that work, ownership models that make sense, and partners that respect the realities of the jobsite.
Throughout the week, LiuGong engaged in deep, practical conversations with customers who measure success not by booth traffic, but by uptime, maintenance simplicity, and Total Cost of Ownership. A steady flow of owner-operators and fleet leaders shared real-world results with LiuGong equipment, reinforcing a clear message: LiuGong is no longer a best-kept secret—it is a strategic choice for businesses determined to protect margins in an increasingly complex market.
Rather than investing in spectacle, LiuGong continues to invest where it matters most: machine durability, serviceability, and long-term value. This disciplined approach resonated strongly with contractors who understand that lower overhead at the OEM level translates directly into more competitive acquisition costs, predictable ownership, and stronger returns across the life of the machine.
The exhibit also drew attention from high-profile industry figure Trey Bohannan, known as “Treybodirt.” A top construction influencer in the U.S., Bohannan represents a new generation of leaders who prioritize transparency, hands-on experience, and practical performance. His visit underscored LiuGong’s growing recognition among the most influential voices in the American dirt-moving community.
“A tough customer is anyone who refuses to be distracted by the noise and stays focused on the productivity of their fleet,” said Andrew Ryan, President of LiuGong North America. “The conversations we’ve had this week confirm that our approach is resonating. We’re not here to put on a show—we’re here to be a long-term partner that helps customers build durable businesses.”
That philosophy was reinforced by the data behind LiuGong’s 13-machine CONEXPO lineup. Anchored by the record-setting 856HE electric wheel loader—now exceeding 19,900 hours of operation in heavy-duty applications—the showcase demonstrated that Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) longevity now rivals, and in some cases surpasses, traditional diesel platforms.
“Our mission is to make LiuGong the definitive choice for entrepreneurs who demand performance, reliability, and value—without paying a legacy premium,” said Luo Guobing, President and Vice Chairman of LiuGong. “By delivering machines that achieve full shifts on a single charge and support future autonomous capability, we are solving real jobsite challenges with iron that is proven, not promised. This is the meaning of Tough Customers. Tough Equipment.”
