Certificate caps six-month advanced hydraulics training

For many years, Schnupp Hydraulik in Bogen and SENNEBOGEN in Straubing have taken similar paths. For the first time, employees of both companies came together to complete more than 200 modules on hydraulics.

A total of 14 employees have received their certifications in hydraulics with emphasis on industrial and mobile hydraulics from their respective managing directors, Erich Sennebogen and Konrad Schnupp. This was preceded by months of training at the SENNEBOGEN Academy, where the participants learned about the principles of hydraulics, important safety regulations, motors and drive technology. The six SENNEBOGEN employees and eight Schnupp employees are now able to independently plan, build and maintain hydraulic systems. 

The managing directors of both companies especially praised the dedication of the participants as well as the trainers, who were chosen from both companies. According to the directors, it not only showed how bountiful a constant exchange of knowledge is, it also shows how companies can efficiently work together on training and development.
