CM Labs Simulations, the leading vendor of simulation-based training solutions for construction and utilities, today announced an addition to its Intellia Workforce Training System with the launch of Intellia Trainee, new web-based training curriculum that empowers student operators to accelerate their development through self-directed learning. Intellia Trainee also gives instructors clearer visibility into progress and real-world readiness.

Intellia Trainee provides a structured online environment where instructors can assign standardized training content, and trainees can complete modules anytime, anywhere. Students can pause and resume coursework, complete walkaround inspections, and access additional learning resources before stepping onto a simulator. By shifting foundational learning online, training organizations free up simulators for focused, hands-on skill development for authentic machine operation.
