9035E ZERO TAIL SWING EXCAVATOR

With a new push into the rental market LiuGong is displaying three mini excavators, all suited for the tight spaces that come with utility and landscape work.

Both the 9018F and the 9027FZTS (zero tail swing) compact excavators are part of LiuGong’s sixth generation of excavators. They are equipped with load sensing hydraulics ensuring smooth and precise operations and are powered by Yanmar engines ensuring both reliability and efficiency. The engine is equipped with auto-idle and auto shutdown, combined with variable flow proportional auxiliary hydraulics, making the excavators powerful whilst energy-saving. The 9018F is a standard configuration length HEX with retractable undercarriage for a minimum width of 980 mm (39 in) to maximum width 1290 mm (51 in) and a foldable dozer blade, enabling the machine to pass through narrow space. It is easy for operators to load and unload from trailers. It is also equipped with standard boom and dozer cylinder guards.

All three are available with open TOPS cab or closed ROPS cab with heat. They feature two speed travel and can be easily shifted by the switch in the dozer blade joystick. The attachment flow can be adjusted through the operator monitor and the boom swing controlled through thumb switch. The arm is thumb ready to accept thumb cylinder auxiliary hose plumbed to bottom of arm.

909ECR COMPACT RADIUS TAIL SWING EXCAVATOR

LiuGong’s mid-size 909ECR excavator features a close radius tail swing and a highly versatile tool carrier to adapt to a wide variety of attachments.

The ROPS closed cab with heat and AC ensures a comfortable working environment. Featuring with two speed travel and three working modes; Power (P), Economy (E) and Lift (L), the machine can work both efficiently and productively. The boom can be easily controlled with thumb switch. The auxiliary hydraulic hose plumbed to bottom of arm for hammer shear and rotation with case drain line installed. Dozer float for the dozer blade is optional for our customers.

922F EXCAVATOR – LIUGONG NORTH AMERICA LAUNCH

The sixth generation 922F excavator features integrated technology, intelligence and environmental protection. The new modern styled machine fully inherits LiuGong’s design DNA. The 22-ton class excavator has the latest electronically controlled hydraulic systems, consisting of a main pump with large displacement, low-speed, high-torque engine and main electro-hydraulic proportional control valve. Improved hydraulic flow distribution, greater operator control and more precise operator placement of bucket or attachment, increasing quality of performance and operational efficiency. The auto engine shut down and integrated work modes help owners to easily get higher productivity and improved fuel economy.

The cab is spacious for comfortable operation and better visibility. A 10” LCD screen is featured in the cab which integrated 3D machine control options and a dig assist system to optimize machines’ productivity and efficiency. The machines operation is also improved with single pedal drive for straight travel, follow-me mode, pay-load system, smart maintenance.

922E 2D EXCAVATOR

The 922E is being shown equipped with 2D allowing operators to reach target grade with greater precision. The ROPS/FOPS pressurized cab with advanced climate control and ten air outlets circulate air through cab ensures the operators’ comfort even during long working hours. The highest reach is 21 feet (6.4 m) and the lift capacity both front and over side reaches to 6,570 lb (2,980 kg) max. Six work modes for various applications will ensure the machine gets maximum hydraulic and fuel efficiency. The power boost system increases hydraulic main relief pressure by 8.5% for extra lifting and digging performance. The auxiliary hammer shear hydraulic hosing plumbed to end of arm and a large LCD monitor display with interface audible sound alerts operator to low fluid levels and high-level machine warnings. The monitor has excavator diagnostic feature and maintenance menu. Meanwhile, with the travel camera mounted on counterweight gives operator excellent view of what is behind when traveling through monitor display.

950E EXCAVATOR

The ROPS/FOPS pressurized cab with advanced climate control and ten air outlets circulate air through cab ensures the operators’ comfort even for long working hours. Six work modes for various applications will ensure the machine get maximum hydraulic and fuel efficiency. The power boost increases hydraulic main relief pressure by 8.5% for extra lifting and digging performance. The auxiliary hammer shear hydraulic hosing plumbed to end of arm. A large LCD monitor display with interface audible sound alerts showing low fluid levels and high-level machine warnings. The monitor has excavator diagnostic features and a maintenance menu; travel camera mounted on counterweight gives operators excellent views of what is behind when traveling through the monitor display.

856H WHEEL LOADER STAGE V – LIUGONG NORTH AMERICA LAUNCH

Equipped with NEW Stage V Cummins engine and upgraded ZF transmission, the NEW Stage V 856H ensures machine’s productivity with lower fuel consumption and service cost. The auxiliary hydraulics are a standard configuration in all wheel loaders for North American market. The third valve is standard, and the auxiliary hydraulic lines are pre-plumbed from the valve to the center of the linkage even on pin-on machines. This feature gives our customers maximum versatility to convert, easily and quickly, from a pin-on machine to a quick-coupler machine as the requirements increase.

877H WHEEL LOADER

With the launch of the 877H, LiuGong now offers wheel loader bucket capacities from 2.5 to 7.1 yd3 in North America. The 877H features auxiliary hydraulics and EH linkage control. The third valve is standard, and the auxiliary hydraulic lines are pre-plumbed from the valve to the center of the linkage even on pin-on machines. This feature gives customers maximum versatility to convert, easily and quickly, from a pin-on machine to a quick-coupler machine as the requirements increase.

388B COMPACT TRACK LOADER – LIUGONG NORTH AMERICA LAUNCH

LiuGong 388B compact track loader can meet extensive application demands with a wide range of attachments. The vertical lift linkage optimizes the machine’s lifting capability. It has two speed options and is a high-flow machine with self-levelling device, ensuring the best working precision and efficiency.
