New generation of mounted Cultimer, in 3 – 3.5 m rigid and 4 - 5 m foldable
Following the launch of the trailed CULTIMER L 1000 in 2013, KUHN renews it range of mounted CULTIMER with the CULTIMER L 100. This new tine tool incorporates the developments fitted on the CULTIMER L 1000 and also includes other innovative features. This new « L » version that characterizes the 3 rows of tines, is available in 3 – 3.5 meters rigid and 4 – 5 meters mounted foldable.
The CULTIMER L 100 is a versatile machine for carrying out shallow, medium depth and deep stubble cultivation. Its versatility originates in its diversity of wearing parts:
-
350 mm duck foot share for shallow stubble cultivation from 3 to 5 cm,
-
Point and 350 mm fins (standard or carbide) for stubble cultivation down to 12 cm,
-
80 mm point solo for deep stubble cultivation down to 35 cm,
-
New narrow 50 mm point for deep soil breaking up.
The quality of work and mixing of the CULTIMER with its curved tine, has convinced users for many years.
What’s new in the CULTIMER L 100 range:
1. Improved soil engagement control: The 600kg 3D tine is now fitted on the mounted version. The 600kg pressure at the tip owing to its double spring, allows preventing drumming even in difficult conditions. Requiring no maintenance, this tine features a lateral clearance capacity in order to avoid stones rising to the surface.
A new version of tine with traction bolt safety is also available for soil whitout stones with a 3000kg pressure at the tip.
2. Increased comfort and simplicity: Machine settings are simple and fast. The levelling discs are adjusted centrally using a crank. The working depth is controlled by means of the roller which is adjusted either mechanically using spacers or hydraulically.
3. More choice: To adapt to soils which are light and with little residue, you can fit the CULTIMER L 100 with levelling blades instead of levelling discs.
