Easily benchmark crawler crane operator skills with our new scoring system

One of the reasons our clients use Vortex simulators is because they help assess operators objectively. Now, we've made it even easier for you to benchmark crawler crane operator skills, with our new operator scoring system.

Vortex simulators track collisions, fuel consumption, time spent in pendulum, and so much more. In CM Labs' Crawler Crane Training Pack, these metrics are now rolled up into a single score that updates in real time during training exercises.

Thanks to an easy-to-use interface, you can define and weight scoring rules yourself, with a comprehensive range of metrics to choose from, including collisions, shock loads, and time spent in pendulum. Or you can simply use our default scoring system as-is, out of the box.

Trainee scores are visible from the Instructor Station in real time, and on the simulator at the end of each exercise. You can also generate reports that break down the scoring, so you can document trainee progress objectively — and ultimately train a safer, more effective operator.
