Schwarzmüller presents new 3-axle walking-floor semitrailer with steel frame at NUFAM 2025

At NUFAM 2025, at the West Entrance, Schwarzmüller will be presenting its latest lightweight walking-floor semitrailer. The 3-axle trailer with steel frame combines maximum payload through weight optimization with efficient handling – ideal for national and international bulk goods transport.

The completely redesigned hot-dip galvanized steel frame combines stability with low weight. The hydraulically movable Cargo Floor moving floor with 21 floor profiles ensures smooth loading and unloading of even heavy bulk goods. A movable partition wall with integrated tarpaulin allows for loading cycle variability – from partial to complete unloading.

Smart and safe in operation

The manual control unit is housed in a waterproof box – of course, the moving floor can also be operated by radio remote control for convenient handling. Optional equipment such as a pneumatic rear-mounted floor protection tarpaulin for scrap transport and tire pressure monitoring round out the package.

Robust and well-designed

The chassis benefits from high-quality axles from SAF or BPW – including reinforced axle bodies and the RSS stability program.

Numerous features enhance functionality and ease of servicing – including a spare wheel holder, toolbox, step aids, and rubber apron.

With an unladen weight of around 7.6 t, an interior length of approximately 13.50 m, and an interior width of 2.47 m, this model meets the highest transport requirements. Other premium extras include: QuickTOP roll-up cover, optional SmartBoard, and dynamic wheelbase control “Opti-load.”
