The star of the stand will be the new-generation SmartROC T40, featuring the new cab, further highlighting Epiroc’s commitment to combining outstanding performance with enhanced operator comfort and, above all, the highest safety standards. Visitors will also have the opportunity to explore Epiroc’s extensive range of drilling tools and engage directly with the company’s specialists, who will be on hand to present “@Your Service”, Epiroc’s comprehensive service offering. This end-to-end support includes expertise, spare parts, rebuild solutions and tailored service contracts, ensuring reliable and continuous support throughout the entire equipment lifecycle.

Already recognized for its high productivity and fuel efficiency, the SmartROC T40 takes a further step forward with the introduction of the new cab, designed to deliver an even more comfortable and safer operating experience. Quieter, with reduced vibration levels, lightweight and spacious, the cab significantly enhances operator working conditions.

The many new features also bring a substantial improvement in terms of safety: several operations can now be managed directly from inside the cab, reducing exposure to external risks and increasing operator control throughout all drilling phases.

Among the most notable innovations is the optional blast-resistant glass, designed to protect the operator from potential flying debris during operations. The large, glazed surface also ensures excellent visibility of both the drilling area and the upper part of the feed, supporting more precise operations and further enhancing overall safety.

Epiroc further strengthens its aftermarket offering with a comprehensive portfolio of services dedicated to enhancing the productivity, safety and sustainability of drilling equipment. From the immediate availability of genuine spare parts to a widespread and efficient technical support network, Epiroc’s services cover the entire machine lifecycle. The new Cesano Maderno facility, featuring a fully equipped workshop, spare parts warehouse and Training Center, represents the operational hub of a service model built around customer needs.

Care Maintenance Agreements ensure scheduled maintenance interventions and continuous updates, while Midlife programs extend equipment lifetime through regeneration, overhaul and circular solutions aimed at reducing environmental impact. The repair center also provides specialized overhauls for hydraulic drilling rigs, restoring them to their original specifications.

Epiroc’s Customized Engineering Solutions (CES) department develops tailored modifications and technology upgrades, helping to further enhance performance, quality and operational sustainability.
