Fully hydraulic HS03V and HS08V quickcouplers from Lehnhoff.

With Lehnhoff's quickcoupling systems, machine operators save time and therefore money whenever they change attachments. Now Lehnhoff is going one step further with its HS03V and HS08V fully hydraulic quickcouplers.

More efficiency with a new quickcoupler

His clients appreciate the fact that Markus Kocheise completes projects quickly. His efficiency results from the upgrade of a previously hydraulic quickcoupler with Powertilt to a fully hydraulic HS03V quickcoupler. "I am more productive and manage twice as many jobs," Kocheise is pleased and says: "Without HS03V, I would have to get out of the cab twenty times or more and open and close the connections on the adapter for the attachments. There is also no need to change the hydraulic hoses.

Since the fully hydraulic quickcouplers from Lehnhoff achieve the highest oil flow in their respective class, there is hardly any noticeable pressure loss at the attachment. And because of the flat surfaces and valves, the systems are easy to maintain. Additionally, an integrated depressurization system (BID) saves installation costs. The perfect solution.

Fully hydraulic change increases turnover

Lehnhoff's quick-change system also gives Kocheise more security. "Since I can change the attachments from the cab, I work more safely and I am less physically stressed," confirms the one-man contractor. For him, HS03V has paid off in every respect. His sales have increased by 30 per cent since then.

Landscaping professional Peter Gerst usually does his jobs alone as well. At the moment, he is using his mobile excavator to lay a new driveway including a car park and terrace. "With the HS08V and Powertilt PTS 100, smart logistics and state-of-the-art machinery, I can do this job on my own without any problems," says Gerst.

Mini and compact excavators on the spot

Within seconds, he connects the right attachment directly from the trailer at the push of a button with the fully hydraulic Lehnhoff HS08V quick coupler. This protects against dirt within the hydraulic couplings. 

By lunchtime, Peter Gerst has already completed about three dozen implement changes with his HS08V, that's up to 300 per week. With the HS08V, he is about 20 percent faster on the road than with mechanical couplers.

"If I use hydraulic attachments then it simply makes no sense getting out and coupling hydraulic hoses," says the landscaping professional. "This is extremely time-consuming, affects the hydraulic system with dirt and is not ecologically justifiable."
