The Spanish sales network delves into Yanmar’s industrial and technological capabilities in Japan
Sales representatives from Spain have visited various Yanmar industrial facilities in Japan to gain first-hand insight into the technological capabilities, manufacturing processes and quality standards that underpin the development of engines integrated into HIMOINSA’s energy solutions.
These include the Biwa Factory, which specialises in the manufacture of compact industrial engines used in various models of HIMOINSA generator sets from the HR, HS and HI ranges, as well as in lighting towers. The plant is notable for its automated and flexible production processes, which enable it to meet a range of technical specifications and applications.
The delegation also visited Amagasaki Factory, which specialises in high-power engines, where the Yanmar GY V12 and V16 engines used in HIMOINSA’s HGY Series are manufactured. This range, developed jointly by both companies, represents their technological commitment to high-power generation solutions, designed for demanding applications such as data centres, critical infrastructure and large industrial facilities.
