Hinowa S.p.A. presents during the next edition of Apex exhibition, that takes place from 24th to 26th June 2014, the new tracked aerial platform Lightlift 20.10 Performance IIIS ‐ now also available with lithium‐ion motorization.
Some details emerged during the field study of the machine:
♦ BATTERY PACK AUTONOMY: Machine can be used almost 6 hours continuously with the aerial part and about 2,5 hours continuously with the tracks. It means generally speaking surely 1 day of standard operator work.
♦ PACK CHARGING TIME: A complete charge cycle takes about 5 hours, but in about 2,5 hours already 80% of the pack can be charged.
♦ OPERATIVE SPEED: machine performances are impressive, movements speed maximized
Furthermore, the Lightlift 20.10 Performance IIIS is also available with the following motorizations:
‐ Honda petrol engine IGX440 with automatic rpm control for max efficiency, reduced dimensions and consumptions.
‐ Hatz diesel engine with “HD Autorev” technology with automatic accelerator for max working comfort.
‐ AC110‐230V motor for use in internals and places where quiet is required
One of the main advantages is the new jib Performance that allows to work in all the conditions with two operators with 230 kg weight (max. working height 20 m, max. horizontal outreach 9,7 m), which increases the productivity permitting the operator to carry the necessary tools in cage.
The RAHM system permits a constant remote monitoring of the machine, permitting remote diagnosis.
In addition to the triple‐speed drive system (up to 2,5 km/h) the machine is equipped with a control on the inclination and decelerates automatically in extreme conditions, to enhance operator’s safety.
Furthermore will be exhibited also the second Lightlift Performance IIIS model, the Lightlift 17.75.
Result of three‐year research and development, it includes many features that have the conditions to dictate the global market standards for this type of equipment and range of height.
The usable capacity of 230 kg in cage is available on the whole working area and makes the machine very versatile, at the same time 17 metres working height make the LIGHTLIFT 17.75 PERFORMANCE IIIS the ideal machine for all the European rental centers.
Thanks to the pantograph system an excellent vertical trajectory can be obtained, which allows working flush with the wall with extreme simplicity and precision. The new PERFORMANCE hydraulic system is equipped with latest‐generation components allowing rapid and efficient working movements.
Compact, powerful and highly productive, Hinowa LIGHTLIFT 17.75 PERFORMANCE thanks to its different available motorizations, is ideal for working at height every day in various applications:
‐ Honda petrol engine Igx440 with automatic rpm control for max efficiency, reduced dimensions and consumptions.
‐ Hatz diesel engine with “HD Autorev” technology with automatic accelerator for max working comfort.
‐ AC110‐230V motor for use in internals and places where quiet is required
‐ Hinowa lithium ion system with 48V 100Ah lithium battery pack for places requiring quiet, no gas emissions and no external electrical connections.
The machine is equipped with the most modern technology and practicality of use.
The articulated structure, made of robust high strength steel, allows extraordinary stability during the use. All the components were carefully selected in order to last a long time and to be used intensively. The structural sturdiness on the long run is checked directly in Hinowa R&D through special cyclic tests. The bushings in glass fibre without grease ensure a long life and do not need to be lubricated, saving time and money in the mid‐long run.
The remote control of the PERFORMANCE IIIS version includes simple and comfortable controls such as self stabilization, arm movements and translation. A practical display provides the operator with important information. New parameters have been added to the system: the service icon informs the operator when the machine has to be serviced in the future.
The download icon allows the operator to download the last version of the available software for the machine through integrated modem. The RAHM system permits a constant remote monitoring of the machine, permitting remote diagnosis.
The third model that will be exhibited at APEX is the GOLDLIFT 14.70 IIIS:
Some of its features:
• Through a radio control, that may also be used as a wired remote control, the following functions can be selected: engine selection, automatique selfstabilization, automatique destabilisation, interactive display and tracks, whilst the aerial part is controlled hydraulically.
• Honda IGX engine with automatic regulation of revolutions for a lower consumption.
• Increased rotation from 300° (Goldlift 14.70 standard) to 360° (Godlift 14.70 IIIS).
• Available in lithium‐ion version
• Equipped with a localisation and satellite diagnostics system through R.A.H.M. (remote assistance on Hinowa machines).
Some technical data:
• 14 m working height;
• 7 m working outreach;
• 120‐200 kg weight capacity in the basket with automatic weight selection;
• Dimensions with outriggers open: just 2,7 x 2,7 metres
