Hundred articulated loaders from TOBROCO-GIANT for Boels Rental

One of the best known rental companies in Europe is investing in 100 new GIANT machines of the V452T X-TRA type. During Bauma the key to the first machine was handed over by director and owner Toine Brock to Volker Blome, Manager Product Development at Boels Rental.

From mid-April, the machines will be delivered in phases during 2019. The compact wheel loaders are then available at locations in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. “Existing customers specifically asked for a GIANT machine because of the speed when it comes to lifting and driving. In addition, the easy operation is experienced as very pleasant, "says Matti Moenen, Manager Purchasing at Boels Rental. “We adjust our rental range to the wishes and needs of our customers. We were already familiar with TOBROCO-GIANT, but contacts have intensified from 2017. Then the choice was made quickly. Not only because of the reliability and low maintenance costs, but also because of the extensive network of GIANT dealers. This ensures that regional service can be provided ".

Boels Rental has specifically chosen the X-TRA variant of the V452T. Due to the lower front frame, the center of gravity of the load relative to the machine remains low on the ground and this results in a tipping load of 2,600 kg. Thanks to the lowered front frame, the user also has a good view of the work area and can therefore work accurately and safely. These advantages make the machine extremely suitable for work in (road) construction, demolition and earthworks. A 45 hp diesel engine from Kubota in combination with the hydrostatic 4- wheel drive with automotive steering and limited lock on both, 8 -ton -axles always ensures sufficient grip, lots of pulling power and smooth movement.
