IMER Access has teamed up with Euro Lift System AG to provide sales, service and spare parts in Germany for its Iteco and Imer branded access products.

The agreement follows the ending of its previous arrangement with Lift-Off.

Euro Lift System AG staff are fully experienced in the access platform industry and look forward to supporting the Imer Access products.

The main contact in Germany for sales and distribution is Euro Lift managing director Rainer Wrobel and sales manager Michael Dobroniak, while technical questions will be handled by service manager Heiner Götzen. The coordination, training, warranty/parts service will be carried out in close cooperation with Mr Bogdan Lenda from Imer Access headquarters.

Bogdan Lenda, the export manager IMER Access is responsible for organisational structures in the German speaking market. He will support Euro Lift System AG with its market activities.

IMER Access was formed two years ago following the takeover of ITECO and has been integrated into the production process of IMER Group. Since then a number of important and successful improvements have been achieved,

including:

- Shorter production and delivery times

- More product compatibility, including control, boards, spare parts etc...

- Diagnosis software now free of charge

- Technical training available on request

- Robust construction with exceptional specifications

The product range is also being extended and IMER Access continues to expand its sales and distribution network, together with service and spare parts availability throughout Europe.

At the same time the company is busy building up its support operation to provide reliable, qualified contacts for sales and service as well as a first rate spare parts delivery and more customer oriented product range.
