The R23DA was chosen for its proven reliability and upcoming Pro Series technological upgrades planned for 2026.

The delivery reinforces a 25-year partnership between IMER and HVS, with a focus on enhancing service processes and digital customer solutions.
At the beginning of March, IMER Group delivered a new R23DA crawler access platform to Markus Sturhahn, owner of HVS Arbeitsbühnen based in Steinhagen. The handover took place on site and was carried out by Bernhard Kahn (Sales & Business Development Manager) and Reinhard Sebulke (Service Manager) for the DACH region.
As part of the delivery, Reinhard Sebulke conducted comprehensive technical familiarization as well as hands-on training for the HVS Arbeitsbühnen team. In addition, the employees were introduced to IMER’s online aftersales program.
“It is important to us that HVS not only receives the machine but is also able to use it optimally from the very beginning. That is why thorough instruction and training were particularly important to us,” explains Reinhard Sebulke.

The order for the R23DA was placed as early as November 2025 following detailed consultation. Markus Sturhahn was aware that, in 2026, additional crawler access platforms will be upgraded to the technological level of the Pro Series—after the R18SA and R20DA models had already been modernized or newly introduced. At the same time, an important factor in the decision was that the R23DA represents a technically mature and proven machine.
“I was aware that a technological transition was coming. At the same time, the R23DA is a proven and reliable machine. This made the ‘model change special offer’ particularly attractive—especially in combination with IMER’s lightweight aluminium trailer solution,” says Markus Sturhahn. “There are still a few production slots available for the R13T, R15DA and R23DA at these model change prices,” adds Bernhard Kahn with a smile.
With the new crawler access platform, HVS Arbeitsbühnen expands its rental portfolio with a versatile machine offering a working height of up to 23 metres. A key advantage is that the total weight of the platform and trailer combination remains below 3.5 tonnes.

“This opens up entirely new possibilities for our customers. The platform can easily be transported by self-collection customers, making it especially flexible and cost-efficient in operation,” adds Sturhahn.
Bernhard Kahn also expressed his satisfaction with the decision: “My personal cooperation with HVS Arbeitsbühnen goes back more than 25 years. I am very pleased that Mr. Sturhahn has now also chosen an IMER machine. This is a strong sign of trust and continuity.”
Both sides also used the opportunity to exchange ideas on service processes and digital solutions.
“With our online aftersales program, we provide our customers with direct access to services, spare parts and technical information. This significantly increases efficiency in day-to-day operations,” emphasizes Sebulke.
