KEMROC rocking in Switzerland

KEMROC is showing serious commitment to this year’s Construction Machinery Fair (Baumaschinenmesse) at Bern. At their booth F6 207 in the outdoor area, the German manufacturer will show their range of special milling attachments for excavators and backhoe loaders. In addition to standard models, there will also be a couple of new products.

The Construction Machinery Fair at Bern (Switzerland) runs from 21^st to 24^th March and will be the first exhibition where KEMROC will be present under its new company name. At their booth, F6 207 in the outdoor area, KEMROC will show a representative selection from its range of specialist attachments for excavators and backhoes. The items on display will include:

• an EX45HD patch planer from the EX (Exactor) range. These products are used to mill asphalt and concrete surfaces.

• the compact ES 20 HD multi-purpose tool from the ES (Flexator) range. These attachments can be used to cut or grind wood, asphalt, concrete and rock.

• the large auger drive attachment EBA 2300 from the EBA range for excavators and backhoes,

• an ETR 2 trencher from a range of special chain driven trenching attachments for working in rock with compressive strength to 50 MPa. Cutting widths range from 20 to 45 cm and depths to 1.5 m.

• an EK 100 chain cutter from the EK (ERKATOR) range developed for narrow, deep trenching in soft to medium hard rocks to 90 MPa compressive strength.

• from the DMW (ERWETOR) range, a DMW 130 cutter wheel with water spray nozzles for dust suppression, sumping device and protection cover. The largest cutter wheel in the range can be used in rock with 120 MPa compressive strength.

Fort the first time, KEMROC will show an ES 80 HD, the largest and the most recent addition to the ES (FLEXATOR) range of multi-purpose grinders. The ES 80 HD will also be fitted with a brand-new profiling drum which has an 80 cm wide cutter head fitted with heavy duty picks and boxes. Larger and more powerful than the ES 60 HD (60 cm wide cutter head), the new ES 80 HD can work with higher peripheral cutting speed resulting in higher productivity.

In addition to providing information specific to their product range, KEMROC also offers information related to the use of their products in applications such as road construction, trenching and foundation work, demolition and renovation, tunnelling, rock excavation, auger drilling and cleaning rust from metal surfaces.
