Kongskilde strengthens Customer Service with new Agreement with Kramp

In order to strengthen the customer service and consistency of supply Kongskilde has entered into an agreement with Kramp about the distribution of Kongskilde's spare and wear parts to importers, dealers and end-users in Eu-rope. Kramp will take over the distribution already from the beginning of 2016. Kramp is Europe's leading one-stop supplier of consumables as well as spare and wear parts for the agriculture.


For a long time we have had a wish for faster deliveries of spare and wear parts to our customers all over Europe. With Kramp as partner Kongskilde will be able to offer the best delivery service on the market in the future, says Ole Gade, CEO of Kongskilde Industries A/S.

With this cooperation original parts can now be delivered by Kramp to the  customers the next day in most countries. In a number of markets, the parts will be delivered already the next morning, if the parts are ordered before 6 p.m. Kramp will also take over the stock obligation, and to the Kongskilde dealers this means that the ordering process will be more simple, as Kramp already delivers to most of the dealers today. Furthermore, the end users will get the possibility to order online.

- Delivery of Kongskilde parts fits very well into our distribution set-up, and the delivery times will be extremely attractive to the majority. The customer will order online or by phone, and the parts will be delivered the next morning. It can hardly be any simpler, says Carsten Thygesen, Kramp Executive Board Member. During the months to come Kramp will be building up the stocks and start the training of the employees, before the supplies can start. Until then the custom-ers will continue to order the parts with Kongskilde.
